On April 13, 2016, the academic Mr. Marius Sabin Peculea fulfilled the 90-year-old, an occasion with which Romatom handed him a diploma of excellence and thanks for his valuable contribution to the development of nuclear energy in Romania.
Marius Sabin Peula (b. April 13, 1926, Cluj) is an engineer, a full member of the Romanian Academy (1993).
He developed his doctoral thesis on the subject: "The thermodynamic study of the columns of isotopic separations-in continuous flow, with three fluids and different reaction temperatures", (1965),

Is decorated with:

He is a citizen of honor of Cluj-Napoca (1996)
