The Romanian atomic forum-romatom, with the support of the publication Energy-Center.ro invite you to participate in the date of October 19, 2016, at the conference:
"Human resources The biggest challenge for current and future projects in the nuclear field"
The development of new nuclear technologies, climatic challenges in the planet, safety and energy security are just a few of the most addressed problems globally.Romania, which has nuclear installations, both research and production of electricity, begins to face a accentuated lack of specialists, on the one hand due to the free movement of labor and motivation offered by the domestic labor market, on the other hand as a consequence of the exchange of generations and the challenges to which the national system is subjected. This situation is also found at the level of other states with an industrial tradition, including in the nuclear field, which is why the fight for maintaining the high qualified labor is a permanent concern.
The conference will evoke a series of activities and projects of importance in the Romanian nuclear sector, emphasizing the functioning in good conditions of the existing nucleoelectric units and the construction of new ones at Cernavoda CNE, the final warehouse of poor and medium active waste (DFDSMA) from Saligny, completing the decommissioning of the nuclear reactor,of uranium or the new nuclear projects, Eli-np in the construction phase at Magurele and Alfred in the preparation phase in Pitesti-MiOveni, in the context of the necessary human resources and the associated challenges.
In addition to the activities and projects mentioned above, the nuclear industry in Romania includes the entire horizontal ensemble of companies specialized in the provision of necessary goods and services, all offering to the young generation extremely attractive employment. In this sense, Romatom, which has as a strong point of strength the highly qualified human resources in Romania aims as a major objective in its activity, maintaining and permanently refreshing this resource, but especially preparing and ensuring the future specialists in the Romanian nuclear industry.
Conference organized under the patronage Romatom aims to create a connection and cooperation between the national nuclear industry as a whole, the specialized education and the legislative forum, with a clear objective: attracting, training and maintaining the necessary specialists.
Conference It will bring specialists from the entire spectrum of the Romanian nuclear industry, as well as representatives of the universities of profile in Romania. Also, representatives of the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of National Education and Scientific Research, the presidents of the specialized commissions of the Romanian Parliament will be invited.
Convinced by the opportunity of this event for the institution you represent, we will be honored by your participation in this conference.
