{"id":6679,"date":"2021-04-01T09:00:57","date_gmt":"2021-04-01T09:00:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/romatom.ro\/?p=6679"},"modified":"2024-06-12T14:11:03","modified_gmt":"2024-06-12T14:11:03","slug":"adunarea-generala-romatom-31-03-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/romatom.ro\/en\/adunarea-generala-romatom-31-03-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Romatom General Assembly 31.03.2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 31.03.2021, Romatom organized the general meeting in electronic format.<\/p>\n<p>The joining of 14 new companies, from 12 as supportive members and 2 as associated members, was greeted, as follows:<\/p>\n<p>New supporters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alimate to<\/li>\n<li>Erbasu construction<\/li>\n<li>Certsign SA (member of the UTI group)<\/li>\n<li>Electroproiect SA (member of the UTI group)<\/li>\n<li>Trident Services (member of the UTI group)<\/li>\n<li>Its maintenance (member of the UTI group)<\/li>\n<li>UTI FM SA (member of the UTI group)<\/li>\n<li>ADS Solutions<\/li>\n<li>ROM WELD CONCEPT<\/li>\n<li>INDUSTRIAL MONTAJ SA<\/li>\n<li>Framatomi<\/li>\n<li>Canadian Nuclear Partners SA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>New associate members:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HNP<\/li>\n<li>UTI Group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Romatom currently counts 43 members.<\/p>\n<p>Also, within the meeting were organized the vote for the new component of the Board of Directors as well as for the election of Romatom President for the next 2 years.<\/p>\n<p>Thus,\u00a0<b>the component of the Board of Directors<\/b>\u00a0called is the following:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>SN Nuclearelectrica SA - 25 votes<\/li>\n<li>Walter Tosto - 22 votes<\/li>\n<li>Ansaldo nuclear - 22 votes<\/li>\n<li>Kinectrics - 22 votes<\/li>\n<li>SA automatica - 19 votes<\/li>\n<li>ICSI Rm.
