These objectives are intended to support both the domestic and international markets, promoting innovation, cooperation and accurate information. Here are ROMATOM's main directions of action:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The two main objectives are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> (1) Promoting the national nuclear program<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>(2) Representing and supporting the interests of ROMATOM members<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To achieve these two main objectives, the activity of the Romanian Atomic Forum ROMATOM aims to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Correct information:<\/strong> Correctly informing national and local decision-makers, the population and the media about the use of nuclear energy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Common strategy:<\/strong> Contribution to the development of the strategy for the nuclear industry in Romania, targeting both the domestic and international markets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legislative initiatives:<\/strong> Promoting legislative initiatives to support the national energy program and the nuclear industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooperation<\/strong>: Facilitating cooperation to achieve common nuclear industry goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exchange of ideas:<\/strong> Ensuring a rapid flow of information and exchange of ideas in the nuclear field, both domestically and abroad, for the benefit of members.<\/p>\n<p><strong>International cooperation:<\/strong> Collaboration with similar structures, both from Romania and abroad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical-scientific and awareness events in society:<\/strong> Organization of high-level events, round tables, symposiums, seminars, conferences and exhibitions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New technology:<\/strong> Promoting new and efficient technologies in the use of nuclear energy and energy in general.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical information:<\/strong> Widely informing the Romanian technical and scientific community about technical innovations and historical evolution in the field of nuclear energy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Studies and norms:<\/strong> Development of documentary studies, newsletters, standards and norms (best practice recommendations).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Studies<\/strong>: Conducting studies and research on the national nuclear industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Press release:<\/strong> Publishing articles, press releases, about important domestic and international events in the field of nuclear energy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Debates<\/strong>: Organizing debates on laws and regulations important to the field of nuclear energy and nuclear power.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Publication exchanges:<\/strong> Facilitating the exchange of publications and press information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scientific awards:<\/strong> Granting scientific awards for outstanding achievements in the field.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consulting<\/strong>: Providing consultancy in the field of nuclear energy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participation in events:<\/strong> Representing the nuclear industry in Romania and promoting ROMATOM members at domestic and international fairs, round tables, symposia, conferences and other technical and scientific events, both in the country and abroad, related to nuclear energy and energy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Representation in Nucleareurope:<\/strong> Coordination of actions related to participation in Nucleareurope and ensuring the representation of the interests of the Romanian nuclear industry within it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Representation in the General Assembly of the European Industrial Alliance on SMRs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Through these objectives, ROMATOM aims to contribute to the sustainable development of the nuclear industry in Romania, ensuring security, innovation and progress in this essential
