By the decision of the District Court of Bucharest, following the meeting of May 3, 2001, ROMATOM acquires legal personality, obtaining the Certificate of Registration in the Register of Associations and Foundations located at the Registry of the District Court of Bucharest on June 19, 2001.<\/p>\n<p>The impatience to be part of the European nuclear group led the representatives of the Initiative Committee to request membership in FORATOM (now Nucleareurope), while ROMATOM was still in formation.
