On 31.03.2021, Romatom organized the general meeting in electronic format.

The joining of 14 new companies, from 12 as supportive members and 2 as associated members, was greeted, as follows:

Romatom currently counts 43 members.

Also, within the meeting were organized the vote for the new component of the Board of Directors as well as for the election of Romatom President for the next 2 years.

Thus, the component of the Board of Directors called is the following:

• Walter Tosto - 22 votes
• Ansaldo nuclear - 22 votes
• Kinectrics - 22 votes
• SA automatica - 19 votes
• ICSI Rm. Valcea - 19 votes
